I don’t own a café - how do I get my hands on your fantastic cakes?

I am diagnosed Coeliac. Can I safely eat your products?
We take our duty of care very seriously and all our gluten free cakes are suitable for Coeliac consumption when they leave our bakehouse. We provide detailed care, storage and display instructions to our stockists, however please confirm with the café you’re eating at to ensure they have followed safe handling practices.
I want to stock Homemade Bliss™ in my café or restaurant. How do I set up a wholesale account?

How do I order?
If you’ve already got an account with us, you just need to SMS your orders through before the relevant cut off time for your area. Easy!
How do I pay?
We offer 2 payment options: Cash on Delivery or a strict 7 day trading account (available on application).
Do you charge delivery fees?
No, but we do have a minimum order that must be met to qualify for delivery. Details about minimum orders can be found in our information pack – order one here.
Help! My delivery hasn’t arrived in perfect condition!
We have custom made boxes to ensure maximum protection for transport. This means it’s incredibly unlikely our products will be damaged. If you ever receive a delivery in less than perfect condition, please take a photo and contact us immediately to discuss the issue.
Do your cakes come fresh or frozen?
Your cakes will be delivered fresh, and your customers will probably buy them all so fast you’ll run out before your next order! If you don’t think you’ll get through everything quickly enough, our products freeze beautifully. Our care and display page has more detailed information about freezing.
What’s the shelf life of your cakes?
All Homemade Bliss™ products will stay lovely and fresh for 7 days, or can be frozen for up to 6 months. Please see our care and display page for storage information.
How will I know what’s in each product?
All our cakes boxes arrive clearly labelled with nutrition and ingredients labels for easy reference.
I want a Homemade Bliss™ cake for a special occasion. Do you make celebration cakes?
Yep! Our online store is for the general public. Click here to place your order. Please note pick up is only available from our bakehouse in Warana, Queensland – Monday-Thursday 8am-2pm (excluding Queensland and National Public Holidays).
Ordering Cut Off Time: Orders for celebration cakes are due in by 10am the day before at the very latest.
Shelf life: All Homemade Bliss products stay lovely and fresh for 7 days. Please keep refrigerated.
Can I pick up my Wholesale order instead of having it delivered?
Yes, our Wholesale clients can certainly pick up orders Tuesday to Thursday by appointment from our bakehouse in Warana, Queensland. Please contact us to arrange this.
Can you deliver cakes or dessert boxes to my home or workplace?
