Three fluffy layers of delicately nutty pistachio cake are stacked high and generously filled with our silky house made pistachio cream, crafted from our very own rich pistachio paste. Every bite is soft, creamy and beautifully balanced — not too sweet, just irresistibly moreish.

Finished with a luscious pistachio frosting that wraps the cake in a smooth, velvety blanket of flavour, this beauty is topped to perfection and made for true pistachio lovers. Elegant, indulgent and absolutely mouth watering.

How We Deliver to Ensure Freshness

To ensure your order arrives fresh and in perfect condition, we deliver directly to your door in a refrigerated van. Because our items are perishable, we require someone to be home to accept the delivery upon arrival. This helps us guarantee that your order is handled with care and remains at the ideal temperature right up to the moment it reaches you.

Will I be Contacted Before my Order Arrives?

We deliver your order on the exact day you selected, ensuring it arrives fresh and right on time. Prior to delivery, we’ll contact you with a notification, so you know when to expect us. Since our items are perishable, we kindly ask that someone is home to receive the delivery, helping us ensure that your order is handled with the utmost care and quality.

Can I Pick Up My Order?

For added convenience, you can choose to pick up your order directly from our bakehouse at 18 Hitech Dr, Kunda Park, Monday through Thursday between 7am and 3pm. We also offer Saturday pick-ups from The Fermentier at 1/17 Hitech Dr, Kunda Park. Simply select the "Pick Up" option on the Cart Page and choose your preferred pick-up day to enjoy your order fresh from our location.
