How Our Delivery Works

We deliver your order on the day you select during checkout, allowing you to plan ahead and enjoy your cakes and cupcakes exactly when you need them. Before your delivery day, we’ll send you a notification to confirm your order is on the way, and we kindly ask that someone be home to accept the delivery. This helps us ensure that your order is handled with the utmost care and remains at the perfect temperature until it reaches you.

We deliver fortnightly to Byron Bay, Northern NSW and North QLD. All of our cakes freeze perfectly, so you can have your order delivered and store until needed!

Pick Up Your Order at Our Convenient Locations

If you'd prefer to pick up your order, we offer easy pick-up options from our Bakehouse and The Fermentier in Kunda Park. Just select the “Pick Up” option on the Cart Page and choose your preferred day. Pick-up times and locations are as follows:

    • Pick-Up Days: Monday - Thursday, excluding Public Holidays
    • Pick-Up Times: 7am - 2pm
The Fermentier
    • Address: 1/17 Hitech Dr, Kunda Park
    • Pick-Up Day: Saturday, excluding Public Holidays
    • Pick-Up Time: 10am - 2pm
