I don’t own a café - how do I get my hands on your fantastic cakes?
Refer to our stockists page for a list of cafes where you can purchase Homemade Bliss™, or click through to our store to get your very own delivery.
I am diagnosed Coeliac. Can I safely eat your products?
We take our duty of care very seriously and all our gluten free cakes are suitable for Coeliac consumption when they leave our bakehouse fully sealed. We provide detailed care, storage and display instructions to our stockists, however please confirm with the café you’re eating at to ensure they have followed safe handling practices.
I want to stock Homemade Bliss™ in my café or restaurant. How do I set up a wholesale account?
Easy! Click the "Become A Stockist" button. Fill in the form, and we'll set up access to our ordering app where you can see all our products and pricing. We'll also send you an info pack with everything you need to know to get your first delicious delivery of Homemade Bliss Products.
How do I order & pay?
We have a fantastic app which makes ordering, invoicing and payments a breeze.
Do you charge delivery fees?
Yes. We have a $10 delivery fee to help us cover the cost of rising prices without having to increase the cost of our cakes. Orders over $500 have no delivery fee.
Help! My delivery hasn’t arrived in perfect condition!
We have custom made boxes to ensure maximum protection for transport. This means it’s incredibly unlikely our products will be damaged. If you ever receive a delivery in less than perfect condition, please take a photo and contact us immediately to discuss the issue.
Do your cakes come fresh or frozen?
Our customers receive frozen cake to ensure maximum freshness and protection during delivery. Need some handy defrost tips? We've got you covered with our product care and display information
What’s the shelf life of your cakes?
All Homemade Bliss™ products will stay lovely and fresh for 7 days, or can be frozen for up to 6 months. Please see our care and display page for storage information.
How will I know what’s in each product?
We have a fabulous QR code on all of our labels and when scanned, will give you a product picture, servings per box, a full panel of nutrition information including allergens and the percentage of Australian ingredients used.
I want a Homemade Bliss™ cake for a special occasion. Do you make celebration cakes?
Want your guest raving about your cake or dessert? Nothing excites us more than being able to be part of your special occasion by baking you some of our delicious treats. Our online store is for the general public. We offer home delivery or pick up. Please note pick up is only available from our bakehouse in Kunda Park, Queensland – Monday-Thursday 7am - 2pm and pick up from The Fermentier (directly across the road from our Bakehouse on Saturday 10am-2pm (excluding Queensland and National Public Holidays).
Can I pick up my Wholesale order instead of having it delivered?
You sure can! We'd love to see you and say Hi! Place your order on your app, let us know you are coming and we'll see you soon. Pick up for wholesale customers is Monday to Thursday 6.30am -3pm
Can you deliver cakes or dessert boxes to my home or workplace?
We sure can! Check your postcode in our postcode checker to see if we service your suburb. Head to our online store and place your delicious Homemade Bliss order.
