Refund policy

In the very unlikely event your cakes haven’t arrived in completely perfect condition, please take a photo and SMS or email it to us as quickly as you can. We will assess any issues and determine the best course of action on our next business day.

Make sure you inspect ALL products on delivery,  we take no responsibility for products once they’ve been accepted on delivery. 

Homemade Bliss™ PTY LTD reserves the right to refuse returns, credits and refunds for products which have been accepted on delivery, or which do not fall under our statutory obligations.

Homemade Bliss™ PTY LTD reserves the right to refuse any claim if recipient is not home at the time of delivery.

Homemade Bliss™ PTY LTD reserves the right to refuse a refund if a product has not been not returned.
