By placing my order I am agreeing to Homemade Bliss™ PTY LTD terms and conditions set out below, including zero cancellation refund policy.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to check my order on delivery that Homemade Bliss™ PTY LTD takes no responsibility for products once they’ve been accepted on delivery. 

I acknowledge my order won't be changed once placed.

I acknowledge no recipe changes will be made.

I acknowledge Homemade Bliss Products need to be refrigerated and I need to be upon delivery, 

I acknowledge that in the event I am not home, my cake will be left in the safest place possible.

I acknowledge I can contact Homemade Bliss in their operational hours, which are Monday to Thursday 6am to 3.30pm.

I acknowledge that refunds will not be given for products that aren't returned.

I acknowledge delivery timeframes are guidelines only and Homemade Bliss™ PTY LTD takes no responsibility for traffic incidents or mechanical breakdowns.
